If you are unable to run the installer after downloading TWTactics, you'll probably need to unblock the file first.
How to unblock
After downloading the file, go to your downloads folder, right click the downloaded TWTactics file and choose properties.
Then click the "Unblock" button and you are ready to install TWTactics!
